The CodSpeed integration is functional -- the GitHub App is connected, benchmarks compile and run, and CodSpeed recognized the upload. However, the arrow-rs workspace has more than 1000 benchmarks, exceeding CodSpeed's per-upload limit. The PR submission tool reached its retry limit before the sharding fix could be pushed.

The fix is straightforward: split the single CodSpeed action step into 3 sharded steps (non-arrow packages, arrow kernel benchmarks, arrow array/builder/IO benchmarks). The updated workflow is committed locally on branch `codspeed-wizard-1778732984449` but could not be pushed. Additionally, the `merge_kernels` benchmark is excluded due to a pre-existing upstream panic in `arrow-data/src/transform/primitive.rs` unrelated to CodSpeed.
