fix: resolve pending intervaltree work and guard releases (#13) * fix: correct date example and probe dist debug behavior * feat!: return interval queries in canonical order BREAKING CHANGE: findOneByLengthStartingAt now selects by clipped start, then end, matching searchByLengthStartingAt; previously it selected by original start. ArrayIntervalCollection also returns canonical arrays and rejects nonpositive length queries. * ci: verify packed consumer compatibility and release labels * bd: update sync.remote * ci: preserve the consumer dependency tree during candidate checks

ci: pin pnpm 12.4.0 through packageManager All three workflows pinned pnpm 9, which rejects a pnpm-workspace.yaml that has settings but no packages field. CI, CodSpeed, and the release job have failed at pnpm setup since the workspace file gained allowBuilds and overrides. pnpm/action-setup now reads the version from packageManager, so local and CI use the same pnpm.
