Add CodSpeed continuous performance benchmarks

Warming up the performance wizard...

Python project with Rust core (PyO3/maturin). Uses uv as package manager. Has manual benchmarks in benchmarks/. Will use pytest-codspeed for CodSpeed integration.

Repository Analysis

Created 10 pytest-codspeed benchmarks covering load, save, and match operations across YAML and TOML formats. All benchmarks verified locally.

Benchmark Integration

Created .github/workflows/codspeed.yml with OIDC authentication, Rust toolchain, maturin build, and CodSpeed action v4 in simulation mode

All CI checks passed. CodSpeed detected all 10 benchmarks and posted the installation confirmation comment on PR #28.
