Add CodSpeed continuous benchmarking integration
Set up CodSpeed performance monitoring with pytest-codspeed for core
PyTorch operations. Adds benchmarks covering tensor creation, elementwise
arithmetic, reductions, matrix operations, and autograd to track
performance regressions in CI.
Changes:
- Add benchmarks/codspeed/ with CPU-based benchmark suite (22 benchmarks)
- Add .github/workflows/codspeed.yml GitHub Actions workflow
- Add CodSpeed badge to README.md
