Set up CodSpeed performance benchmarks

Node.js/TypeScript Astro project with Supabase integration. Uses npm as package manager. No existing benchmarks or CI workflows found.

CodSpeed supports Node.js with Vitest. Will set up vitest benchmarks with @codspeed/vitest-plugin.

Installing vitest and @codspeed/vitest-plugin, creating benchmark files

All 7 benchmarks pass with both vitest bench and codspeed CLI in simulation mode

Created .github/workflows/codspeed.yml with CodSpeed action v4, simulation mode, OIDC auth, and Node.js 22
